Corrections and factual feedback
Report a factual error or unclear explanation in a CasinoLupen article with the page address, relevant passage and supporting source.
If you find an error, an outdated detail or an explanation that could mislead a reader, email contact@casinolupen.com. Use a subject such as “Correction: [article title]” so the report is easy to identify.
What to include
- The full address of the affected page.
- The sentence, calculation or table entry you are questioning.
- A concise explanation of the issue.
- An original source or reproducible calculation that supports the correction.
Please distinguish a factual error from a difference of opinion. Both can be worth discussing, but they require different kinds of evidence.
How corrections are handled
We examine the claim in its context and compare the supplied evidence with the article’s sources. If a material factual statement changes, the affected page should explain the correction. Small typographical or formatting repairs may be made without a separate notice.
We do not publish unverified accusations about businesses or individuals. An account complaint may provide a reason to investigate a claim, but a private experience should not be generalised without supporting evidence.
Keep sensitive information out of the first message
Do not send passports, bank statements, account passwords, one-time codes, private keys or wallet recovery phrases. If a screenshot is relevant, redact unrelated personal information. CasinoLupen cannot access a casino account or release funds.
There is no guaranteed response time. For an urgent account-security issue, use the service provider’s verified support route. For gambling-related harm, see support resources.
