CASINOLUPEN / OUR PUBLICATION
How we assess casino claims
CasinoLupen’s evidence checklist for operator identity, licensing, payments, promotions, game information and account controls.
A useful casino review should explain what was checked, what the evidence establishes and what remains unknown. Our methodology is an evidence framework, not a certification scheme or a promise that an operator is safe.
1. Identify the service precisely
Record the exact domain, brand and contracting legal entity. Compare any licensing claim with the relevant authority’s current record and scope. A badge, company-registration document or software supplier’s licence is not interchangeable with evidence about the operator holding an account balance.
2. Follow the payment route
Identify the asset, network, credited denomination, minimum amount, stated fees and withdrawal rules. Separate an internal processing claim from a network transfer time. We do not publish a measured speed unless the underlying observation and its conditions are documented.
3. Read the complete promotion
Record the wagering base, multiplier, game contribution, exclusions, maximum stake, expiry and withdrawal treatment. Compare like units and show calculations. A larger headline amount does not establish a better outcome, and a calculation does not remove the risk of losing the available balance.
4. Check the exact game information
Use the rules for the relevant game version and mode. Keep theoretical return, observed sample returns, volatility and testing evidence separate. A fairness feature or testing badge cannot establish an operator’s solvency or guarantee a withdrawal.
5. Examine account and support procedures
Look for identity-check requirements, secure support channels, authentication options, privacy information, complaints procedures and account-control tools. Document the stated scope of deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion instead of assuming every control works across every related brand.
6. Preserve the limits of the evidence
Use “not verified” where a connection has not been established. Do not infer wrongdoing merely from a missing answer, and do not infer safety from an attractive interface. Claims copied from an operator should remain attributed to that operator.
| Evidence | Can help establish | Does not establish by itself |
|---|---|---|
| Regulator record | Recorded entity, status and scope | Every customer’s future experience |
| Current offer terms | Written promotional conditions | A profitable outcome |
| Transaction record | A transfer on a specific network | All private account events |
| Game rules | Described mechanics and payouts | Operator solvency |
Why we do not invent a score
A numerical rating can imply a level of measurement that the evidence does not support. The journal explains individual issues and their practical consequences. We do not award fictional test scores, fabricate player reviews or turn missing information into a positive assessment.
